Measure the required pipe length and mark the bend position.
Clean and prepare the pipe ends with CPVC cleaner.
Apply CPVC solvent cement inside the bend socket and on the pipe end.
Insert the pipe fully into the bend fitting and hold for a few seconds.
Allow curing as per cement instructions before use.
Cut & Prepare Pipe: Use a CPVC pipe cutter to make a clean, straight cut.
Smooth & Clean: Eliminate any rough edges and wipe both the pipe and fitting thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.
