Vendor Eligibility
At Bhudev Hardware, we invite manufacturers, distributors, and authorized dealers of hardware tools, construction materials, and industrial equipment to become part of our trusted network. To ensure reliability and product quality, vendors must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a registered business or individual with valid GST and business registration documents.
- Should deal in genuine, high-quality hardware, tools, or construction materials.
- Must comply with all local trade, tax, and e-commerce regulations.
2. Product Listing Guidelines
- Only authentic and approved products may be listed (no counterfeit or duplicate items).
- All product listings must include accurate descriptions, technical specifications, and brand details.
- Images must be high-resolution and showcase the actual product (no logos or watermarks).
- Products should clearly mention brand, material, size, and warranty information.
3. Pricing & Commission
- Vendors should maintain competitive and transparent pricing.
- Bhudev Hardware may charge a small commission (typically 10–20%) per successful sale.
- Discounts, bulk offers, or promotional deals can be created via the vendor dashboard after approval.
4. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- All orders must be processed within the committed dispatch timeline.
- Vendors must ensure safe packaging, timely shipping, and accurate tracking updates.
- Fragile or heavy machinery should follow standard industrial packing and safety guidelines.
5. Payment & Payouts
- All transactions are processed securely through trusted gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).
- Payouts are released weekly or bi-weekly based on completed and verified orders.
- In case of disputes, payments may be temporarily held for verification and resolution.
6. Customer Service & Disputes
- Vendors should respond to customer queries within 24–48 hours.
- Returns, replacements, and refunds must follow the official Bhudev Hardware policy.
- Any dispute between buyer and seller will be handled by our support team for fair resolution.
7. Prohibited Activities
- No sale of fake, refurbished, or illegally imported hardware tools is permitted.
- No misuse of trademarks, brand names, or copyrighted product content.
- No fake reviews, inflated pricing, or manipulation of sales data.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
- Violation of platform policies may lead to warnings or temporary suspension.
- Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account termination.
- Fraudulent activity or illegal listings will invite strict legal action.
9. Compliance & Updates
- All vendors must comply with Indian e-commerce laws and Bhudev Hardware policies.
- Platform policies are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure smooth operations.
- Vendors will receive important updates via email or their dashboard notifications.
