Preparation: Make sure the pipe ends are neatly cut at a right angle and completely free of burrs or rough edges.
Cleaning: Thoroughly wipe the fitting socket and pipe ends to eliminate any dust, dirt, or moisture.
Application of Solvent: Apply CPVC solvent cement evenly to both the pipe and fitting.
Joining: Push the pipe into the fitting socket with a slight twist for even distribution.
Setting: Hold for 30 seconds to allow the joint to set, then leave undisturbed for curing as per the solvent manufacturer’s instructions.
