Clean both pipe ends and the coupler socket with CPVC cleaner.
Apply CPVC solvent cement evenly on both surfaces.
Insert the pipes into the coupler fully and align properly.
Hold in place for a few seconds to ensure bonding.
Allow curing for at least 10–15 minutes before pressure testing.
