The CPVC Reduce Male Adapter Threaded is designed to connect a smaller or larger CPVC pipe to a threaded pipe or fitting of a different diameter. It has one solvent weld end for CPVC pipe and one male threaded end for metal or plastic threaded fittings. Made from high-quality Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride, this fitting ensures excellent heat resistance, durability, and a leak-proof connection, making it perfect for domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing applications.

Clean both the CPVC pipe end and the adaptor socket.
Apply CPVC solvent cement evenly on the CPVC side and insert the pipe fully.
On the male threaded end, wrap PTFE tape evenly before connecting to the mating threaded fitting.
Tighten gently to avoid thread damage.
Allow CPVC side to cure for 10–15 minutes before pressure testing.
