Cut the Pipe: Ensure CPVC pipe is cut evenly and edges are smooth.
Clean: Remove dust, grease, and moisture from both pipe and fitting.
Apply Solvent Cement: Use CPVC solvent cement on the pipe’s outer surface.
Installation: Push the pipe securely into the CPVC end of the Male Adapter Brass.
Threaded Joint: Carefully tighten the brass male threaded side into the female fitting using PTFE tape for a leak-proof seal.
Cure: Allow the joint to set for reliable performance.
Recommended for water plumbing systems only.
Must be installed using genuine CPVC solvent cement.
Do not overtighten the brass thread to prevent damage.
