Clean both CPVC pipe ends and the union sockets.
Apply CPVC solvent cement on the pipe ends and union sockets.
Insert pipes fully into each union half and hold for a few seconds.
Tighten the union nut to join both halves securely.
Allow curing for at least 10–15 minutes before water pressure testing.
