Measure & Cut: Cut CPVC pipes squarely with a cutter.
Clean: Remove burrs, dust, and moisture from pipe ends.
Apply Solvent Cement: Spread solvent cement evenly on the outer surface of the pipe and the inside of the elbow socket.
Connection: Slide the pipe into the reducing elbow firmly until it touches the marked insertion depth.
Hold & Cure: Hold for a few seconds, then allow proper curing before water testing.
Recommended for CPVC pipes only.
Avoid over-tightening to prevent cracks.
Must be installed with CPVC-approved solvent cement.
Not suitable for compressed gases, petroleum, or hazardous chemicals.
Installation should be carried out by certified plumbers for best performance.
