    1. Measure & Cut: Cut CPVC pipes squarely with a cutter.

    2. Clean: Remove burrs, dust, and moisture from pipe ends.

    3. Apply Solvent Cement: Spread solvent cement evenly on the outer surface of the pipe and the inside of the elbow socket.

    4. Connection: Slide the pipe into the reducing elbow firmly until it touches the marked insertion depth.

    5. Hold & Cure: Hold for a few seconds, then allow proper curing before water testing.

    • Recommended for CPVC pipes only.

    • Avoid over-tightening to prevent cracks.

    • Must be installed with CPVC-approved solvent cement.

    • Not suitable for compressed gases, petroleum, or hazardous chemicals.

    • Installation should be carried out by certified plumbers for best performance.
